Job Summary:

• Responsible for responding to and acting on client calls requesting test results and needing help.
• Ensures that lab test requisitions are accurately completed and follows-up for missing and additional information if needed.
• Understands laboratory sample collections, processing and storage requirements for in-house testing and referral lab testing.
• Builds relationships with clients.
• Subs for the Front Desk when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Medical Assistant, CNA or LPN preferred
• Excellent phone skills in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of experience in a lab, doctor’s office or hospital
• Builds relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g., physician, office staff); with internal support staff and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes.

We are an independent reference lab with the mission to provide superior quality service for physicians and their patients. Every employee and every customer is important. The staff is small, the pace is fast but customer service and individual attention to every account is a priority.
